Client Manager | Office of Admissions
Tim Wilbur is a Client Manager in the Office of Admissions for Influence Ecology, the leading business education in Transactional Competence™.
We teach people how to transact for what they want.
Tim has had a rich and rewarding journey through life. He believes he’s achieved a modicum of wisdom while staying firmly grounded in his naiveté. Unlike some others, he has had great successes, but success hasn’t come easy.
He says, “at my stage of the game, it may sound silly, but my dad gave me two pieces of advice: never quit and never work for anyone.” While no longer a kid, Tim took that advice to heart and it has shaped his experience of life.
He’s spent his career up until now as a personal Insurance and Investment Advisor. Partly because of the nature of those two fields, Tim developed a practice of looking deeply into things until he gained profound understanding.
Tim initially became a student at Influence Ecology, for the purpose of taking his investment practice to the next level. With the skills learned in the study, Tim came to understand at a molecular level that he needed to immerse himself in the ecology. The result is he transacted with the founders to become a client manager.
Living in Ventura, California, Tim has been with his wife Kim for 41 years, married for 37. Tim and Kim have two daughters, Jessica, an actual rocket scientist, who actually builds and launches rockets and Brittany, successfully moving up in the beverage distribution business.
Influence Ecology is the first education I’ve taken that didn’t disappoint me. Each lesson gave me the impetus and distinctions I needed to progress towards my chief aims in life.
– Tim Wilbur
“Influence Ecology programs are, in my opinion, required learning for anyone who has the desire, but not the tools or application, to reach their aims in life. In no uncertain terms, Influence Ecology holds you to account for all of the things you know you should start, stop, or continue doing (but ignore as habit) and makes you responsible for your own future.”
