2020 Mid-Year Conference Keynote

This session is our welcome keynote for the 2020 Mid-Year Conference. For Influence Ecology, 2020 is the Year of Satisfaction. We’ll address what we’re already accomplishing and beginning to confront.Kirkland Tibbels is Co-founder and Chairman of Influence Ecology, the leading business education in Transactional Competence™. His expertise is the philosophy which underlies our curriculum.

Kirkland has a Masters of Philosophy and is at work completing his Ph.D. in Transactional and Process Philosophy. He is considered a leading philosopher and authority in the field, having published and contributed to the only comprehensive text on the subject, “Transactionalism – An Historic and Interpretive Study” by Trevor J.  Phillips, and he has authored more than 500 papers on the subject, study, and discipline. He is a sought-after lecturer at universities, major corporations, and civic organizations around the world.

In addition to his Chairman role, he leads the Mechanics and Practice Program and MAP2: PSTI Program for our most elite participants.

Simon Chesney is the Enterprise Lean-Agile Transformation Coach and internal Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer at Western Digital Corporation, a Fortune 200 data storage solutions company. His expertise is business agility. He has led technical and business organizations and company-wide change initiatives in Europe, America and Asia in large enterprise, hyper-growth and start-up environments. Originally from the UK, Simon now lives with his wife in Northern California.

Simon participated in FOT51 (2017), MAP and TCX and is currently in MAP2:PSTI and studying to become an Influence Ecology Faculty Member.
