Develop Mastery While Teaching Others

Leading our programs is profoundly gratifying work. Our Faculty teach our programs to provide our students with the opportunity, knowledge, and support to live an ambitious and satisfying life. We help individuals and enterprises satisfy essential goals and uncommon ambitions.

Certified trainees can join our faculty or license our programs.

Our faculty training is built on levels of certification. The faculty journey begins by Apprenticing the Fundamentals of Transaction Program. Faculty then develop their fitness by being certified as a Secondary and finally a Primary Leader. Once a Secondary Leader, a candidate may enter into certification for other programs: Mechanics & PracticeMAP2: PSTIPriority in Practice, or our corporate program, Transactional Competence™ Across Teams (TCX). Program Faculty earn compensation for Primary and Secondary program delivery. Primary leaders may be considered for other salaried positions.

Each level requires a commitment to demonstrate the actions required to be certified at the next level. It isn’t easy and will challenge you in ways not yet possible to understand. Prerequisites include participation and completion of the Mechanics & Practice Program. Primary Program Leaders must be graduates of MAP2: PSTI. Those who demonstrate the ambition and fitness to facilitate Influential U programs may earn certification sooner than the proposed timeline.
