Our world-class faculty training offers an education, methodology, and structure for producing exceptional results. Developing yourself to lead our programs, workshops, and conferences offers activities to hone your skills in public speaking, adult education, and interactive coaching. Certified trainees can join our faculty or license our programs.
Our faculty training is built on levels of certification. The faculty journey begins by Apprenticing the Fundamentals of Transaction Program. Faculty then develop their fitness by being certified as a Secondary and finally a Primary Leader. Once a Secondary Leader, a candidate may enter into certification for other programs: Mechanics & Practice, MAP2: PSTI, Priority in Practice, or our corporate program, Transactional Competence™ Across Teams (TCX). Program Faculty earn compensation for Primary and Secondary program delivery. Primary leaders may be considered for other salaried positions.
Each level requires a commitment to demonstrate the actions required to be certified at the next level. It isn’t easy and will challenge you in ways not yet possible to understand. Prerequisites include participation and completion of the Mechanics & Practice Program. Primary Program Leaders must be graduates of MAP2: PSTI. Those who demonstrate the ambition and fitness to facilitate Influential U programs may earn certification sooner than the proposed timeline.

The ideal candidates are coaches, consultants, and trainers with any of the following aims:
Influence Ecology compensates Primary and Secondary program faculty for leading programs. Our Mentors and Apprentices receive free faculty training as a trade for their time and efforts. Faculty with licensing agreements are compensated based on the programs they sell and deliver.
All levels of faculty participation include world-class training and development to lead programs to our high standards.
Note: Leading the TCX Team Program does require a licensing arrangement and allows a more autonomous delivery.
