The MAP2: PSTI Program is designed to help individuals fulfill their personal and enterprise aims. This program offers our most ambitious members the opportunity to locate themselves in an environment of deliberate practice and specific help.

MAP2 is the first program designed to guide you through the study of the Conditions of Life™ in their totality. The challenging and deliberate work of thinking through the Conditions of Life and how we may satisfy our most basic needs or greatest ambitions in each is the foundational work of Influence Ecology’s advanced studies.

The work you do in this study concentrates on the domains of transaction we identify as planning, strategy, tactics, and implementation (PSTI). These domains carry with them specific disciplines and characteristics for each Condition of Life. Our study offers you a structure and process to think accurately about each and will help you organize the action necessary to powerfully transact to satisfy your aims.

MAP2 participants have our senior-most access to participate in or audit any of the following events, campus sessions, and associated program materials:

  • The Fundamentals of Transaction Program
  • The Membership Program
  • The Mechanics and Practice Program
  • Focus Lecture Training Series
  • Conferences – Member must attend 4 Conferences in the Contract Period in their entirety. (Extra or additional days or events are negotiable.)
  • Study Modules (“Study Period”) – There are 24 Study Modules available during the Contract Period. Each Module is to be downloaded from a designated site on or about the 1st of each month and submitted no later than the 1st of the following month along with the standard measures required for health, money, and income or other Conditions of Life if applicable.
  • Participants should anticipate that the length and difficulty of the Study Modules will vary depending on the assigned content, the subject matter, and the practical or specific knowledge one may have. Most of the modules are designed to be a specialized study to support the transactional domains of the transaction cycle and offer a reflective study on each of the Conditions of Life as well as expand the specialized knowledge and practice of the Conditions of Transaction. Study Modules are designed to guide the Participant study, accurate thinking, and deliberate practice and support the work and action required to produce results and consequences needed to meet specific aims. They will tend to be singular in their focus and aimed toward the Conditions of Life, Transactional Domains, Conditions of Transaction, and specialized principles and/or practices.
  • 24 Monthly Webinar Sessions (“Sessions”) – Attendance is required for at least one hour of each Session. The length of any Session will depend on the specific needs of the Program Participants. These Sessions are designed to offer an opportunity to have specific Study Module questions addressed and are the place to bring specific requests for help in your study. These Sessions are exclusive to MAP2 – PSTI members only and from time to time will include special guests.
  • Satisfaction Metrics – Participants are obligated to submit Satisfaction Metrics. Metrics are due on the 1st of each month.
  • Other Program Attendance
  • Participants will be required to attend and participate ambitiously in all Focus Lecture Training Series during the Contract Period.
    • MAP2 Participants may satisfy their presentation obligations through the FLTS or other Webinar Sessions in our lower level programs: Membership, PIP, FOT, and other live events.
    • Attendance in other programs or live classrooms may be required as part of a specific Monthly Study. This practice is aimed to support specific distinctions of learning and practice, for example, in FOT Study 5 when the Conference is offered to FOT Participants, or PIP Study 9 or 10 when the Transactions Cycle is presented to PIP Participants. Observing invitations and offers, as well as participating in the leadership assessment of the Sessions, is highly relevant and useful as Participants aim to produce results and move powerfully in their own transactions.
  • Reading Materials – 6 to 10 additional books as well as papers, articles, and other media will be assigned during the study.
  • Periodicals – 3 periodicals will be required, and we request that each Participant confirms a 2-year subscription for the following:
  • One general business publication (Must be FortuneForbesInc.)
  • One must be a trade journal as specifically related to your specific industry or occupational role/accountabilities. This periodical or publication should be as specific and specialized as possible—one aiming to further highly specialized knowledge in the positions, category, or industry in which Participant transacts for Career.
  • The third must be a Lifestyle magazine that must include editorial sections on fashion, art, books, political issues, and the like. Examples of these are Esquire, Ebony, GQ, Details, etc.
  • Additionally, The Wall Street Journal may be assigned to those Participants who are building offers to sell or for those planning to meet specific aims through a merger.
  • MAP2 Participants will present or co-lead/produce a presentation of a major distinction of our study at one of the Conferences.
  • Participants are required to attend a one-day workday at the WHQ offices during the second year of the Contract Period.
  • Year 2 Legacy Study – Biographical Presentation – You will be obligated to study and present a formal talk on a public (well-known) individual. Participants will be required to name that individual in the first year of the Contract Period and must complete a paper and formal presentation to the MAP and MAP2 Membership between the 13th and 21st monthly study periods. The subject person selected for this assignment must be accepted by a MAP2 Program Leader.

Within the Contract Period and during the developmental period of the MAP2 Program, Kirkland Tibbels will be reasonably available to each Member of the program during designated office hours to address any concerns Participants may have regarding the study or a specific transaction.

Please do not abuse this opportunity by being overly demanding or high cost. Kirkland reserves the right to decline requests for help depending on Participant’s demonstration of ambition, member standing, metrics, and the like. In other words—if Participant moves powerfully inside the obligations and constraints of the program, Participant will have enthusiastic and reasonable access. If not, Participant must anticipate that Kirkland and other Program Leaders will act and move reciprocally.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure terms and conditions consistent with your Membership Contract apply throughout all of the programs of Influence Ecology.

Our advanced programs are structured to track and measure six-month goals. These aims begin and end with each Member Conference and are reported monthly.

For all MAP2 Participants, from 2012 through 2018, the average personal income was 59% more than anticipated.*

In addition to tracking income increases, participants target and track one health aim (weight loss, fitness activity, etc.) and one money aim (debt reduction, savings, etc.). The average results in 2012-18 were 102% of target for health goals and 120% of target for financial goals.

We don’t promise these results or that someone will increase their income; their business offer may be faulty or ill-conceived—or they may not apply the education as instructed. The “average increase in personal income” is an average that includes those who performed better or worse than the average, however, in a few cases an outlier result has not been included as it skews the more typical result achieved.

This program focuses on results in work, career, money, and health as a foundation for satisfying these and other loftier aims. Our advanced programs continue to build on the results achieved in these aims and address the satisfaction of many other Conditions of Life which may include, for example, relationship, family, education, spirituality, or legacy.

All metrics are tracked confidentially represented by percentage increases over time. Metrics are inspected by program leaders for accuracy throughout the program.

*As of January 2019. This increase is calculated against anticipated income, a figure which a participant determines by looking at the income anticipated during the program’s six-month time period. “Anticipated Income” is not based on what participants hope, dream, or aspire to produce; rather, this figure is based on what participants already expect to make, based on historical data and already contracted raises and increases. This allows us to track the impact of the program on their income.
