Joni has completed Influence Ecology’s FOT, MAP, and MAP2 coursework and, having served as an apprentice since 2018, is now a Faculty member for Influence Ecology.
I joined Influence Ecology in 2012 to become more productive and figure out what I really wanted in my career as my kids went to school full-time. When I began to apply the concepts I was learning in the courses I completed, my entire life changed. Influence Ecology’s program didn’t simply change my work life; it transformed my entire life and has had a tremendous impact on how I engage with others, from clients to my spouse and children

“Influence Ecology programs are, in my opinion, required learning for anyone who has the desire, but not the tools or application, to reach their aims in life. In no uncertain terms, Influence Ecology holds you to account for all of the things you know you should start, stop, or continue doing (but ignore as habit) and makes you responsible for your own future.”
