Our Annual Flagship Event

The Annual Member Conference is a global affair offering our Members an unparalleled opportunity to connect, study, and practice. While the actual conference is Wednesday-Friday, our ‘conference week’ seeks to include member spouses/guests and offers two additional days for Founder Studies, social events, and the pleasures of a luxury resort.

Led by the Founders, Program Leaders, and some of our most Advanced Members, this conference provides highly specific and purposeful training and teaching tailored to help individuals within our collective Membership expand their capacities, increase their transactional effectiveness, and accelerate their learning.

The conference is designed to provide our Members with the environment, guidance, and opportunity to assess and think accurately about their Conditions of Life. Members use the opportunity to evaluate the previous year as they look to reinvent their practices, habits, and transactions to support the attainment of their aims in the year ahead.

Airport Transfer

Transact to get a ride to Ventura from Ojai, and then use this shuttle service to get a ride to LAX is another option to and from the airport.

Depending on traffic, the trip from the Los Angeles or Santa Barbara airport to the hotel will take approximately 45-90 minutes.

Buffet Breakfast

We will feature a hot buffet breakfast Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday beginning at 8:15am. The conference doors open at 8:30am and we begin promptly at 9am.

Conference Week Agenda*

Although the conference is officially Wednesday thru Friday, most participants take advantage of the Founder Studies (Monday and Tuesday) and the opportunity to play, rest, and indulge prior to or after the event. We encourage you to enjoy all that Ojai and Southern California has to offer. See the hotel concierge or resort website for more details.

*Conference begins promptly at 9am each morning (Wednesday thru Friday) and ends at 5pm each day with the annual dinner celebration on Friday night. Please make arrangements to attend the entirety of the conference. We ask that you do not arrive late nor leave the conference early.

Details: Join us Monday for Founder Studies from 1:30–4:30pm in the Hacienda Ballroom. This time allows for travel in on Monday morning.

The Founder Studies will be a focus by John Patterson & Kirkland Tibbels on emerging content being studied by the founders and their most advanced members. As Founder Studies is optional you are welcome to attend if desired.

The Welcome Social is at 6:30pm at the Topa Mountain Winery located near the entrance of the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa property (you can walk or drive from the Inn).  The Winery, built in 2016, is new to Ojai situated under the watchful eye of the Topa Topa Mountain range in the Upper Ojai Valley, surrounded by ancient oaks and majestic redwoods. Owner Lauro Guerra built the winery to pursue his passion for viticulture and wine and to showcase exceptional wines made from grapes grown in the Ojai Valley Region. Meet and greet participants from around the world. We’ll provide appetizers and a cash bar.

**Hosted by Influence Ecology, our Group Dinner is our ‘elegant affair’ and the opportunity to enjoy an evening of luxury and socializing. Guests may be included, however, dining fees will apply per guest (details and terms will be available in a distributed reservation form sent out in advance of the conference).

Our cash bar will be serving beer, wine, cocktails, water, soft drinks, and juice.

Some checkout Saturday, traveling home. Others gather socially on Saturday, checking out on Sunday while others scatter to enjoy the local scene or other California adventures.

The Ojai Valley is home to orchards, vineyards, and ranches. Nearby is Westridge Market and Von’s Supermarket for groceries, lunch, and more. The unique town center features boutiques, shops, restaurants, and natural wonders.

Local Adventures

Reminiscent of a bygone and relaxed era, guests may take a leisurely trip to downtown Ojai to enjoy eclectic shopping, wine tasting, art galleries, and farm-to-table eateries. The area has local adventures to be explored.

A note from the Co-Founder and CEO

This is a personal note from me to you requesting your cooperation to produce the environment required to satisfy our mutual aims.

We have carefully selected the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa as the premier location for this environment.  This is a five-star, AAA Five-diamond 220-acre resort located near some of the most coveted real estate in the United States. The Ojai Valley is uncommon geologically as one of five known east-west valleys soaked by the sun and protected on both sides by mountainous preserves. The Chumash Indians, numerous historical leaders, and notable institutions believe it to be a sacred, bountiful environment.

Ojai is a small resort town called home to many celebrated artists, thought leaders, and entertainers. A concern of its residents is its protection; keeping a place special in a world of change is not easy. Home to only 14,000 people, it is small enough that we can’t afford indifference here. We have secured a special room rate, a discounted rate.

The Ojai Valley Inn & Spa offers king and 2-double bedded rooms, assigned based on availability at check-in. All rooms include luxury bedding, complimentary guest room internet, and a signature line of bath products created by the Inn’s own Apothecary. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered in several on-site restaurants and 24-hour room service is available.

Important Note: As is customary producing an event at a hotel or resort venue, many productions and lodging expenses are reduced by guest accommodations: the more people staying at the Ojai Valley Inn, the lower the cost to us all. More participants lodging on site makes it possible for the Inn to provide a significantly discounted room rate and allows Influence Ecology the opportunity to use more of the property for this important learning experience. While in the past only a handful of participants have stayed offsite, this damages our buying power and identity with the hotel and will raise the price of the venue and conference for everyone.
