If you have a team or leaders at work on a project, program, transformation etc. where their ability to transact is paramount to progress, TCX provides a guide for them to understand how to reduce friction in their transactions to accelerate progress. In my opinion, TCX provides you with the mechanics lacking in other teamwork assessments that simply identify types and how those styles work without providing a deeper understanding of how to work together.
