The Leadership Intervention Program is one of three primary programs in the curriculum of Influence Ecology.
It’s primary purpose is to provide an environment and structure for people to produce the results they seek for themselves by learning the specialized knowledge and practices to intervene with themselves.
The core of the Leadership Intervention program is the practice of personal and group accountability. Each of the 16 group members are individually and collectively trained by a seasoned program leader who has led to tens of thousands of people. In an environment of transparency and trust, our Participants traverse the distance between their current conditions and their chief aims in life.
The Leadership Intervention program is a rigorous four-month course of study where its Participants learn the principles, practices, and habits required of someone who intends to produce greater results in the current business climate.
The Leadership Intervention program teaches its Participants how to design and implement an individualized leadership intervention plan.
Unique to the program is our group Chair Person, a single leader training in tandem with the Program Leader. The Chair Person is personally trained during the entire process to replicate uncommon skills.
Note: This program begins with an intensive ten-week period of personal and group interaction, followed by a six-week period of progress management and accountability. The group Chair Person receives weekly personal interaction and management and plays a critical role in the management of the group.
